The Syrian National Dialog Congress in Russia’s Sochi has wrapped up, and there has been significant political progress in a summit that was attended by more than two-thousand participants. Russia had invited representatives from all countries, the members of the UN Security Council as well as those representing different strata of the Syrian society. Among the most important achievements: the formation of a committee to discuss the post-war constitution in Syria.
