US President Donald Trump has lashed out at his former chief strategist Steve Bannon. It follows publication of excerpts from an upcoming book, in which Bannon calls Trump's eldest son treasonous, for meeting a lawyer linked to the Kremlin in 2016. That meeting is central to an investigation into alleged Russian meddling in the presidential campaign.
