
🇨🇳 Ivory carving in China at risk after ban enforced
Ivory stores across China have closed after a ban on the trade came into force. Demand for ivory is being blamed for the poaching and smuggling of elephant tusks. This means that there's a lot less work for Ivory carvers but some of them are trying to find new ways to use their expertise.
