US sending mixed messages about border force in Syria
Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and the broader US administration have been sending mixed messages about the force they're planning in Syria. On the one hand, the State Department is saying that the US is establishing and training a Syrian Border Security Force, while Tillerson has said that it isn't a border force and that it has been "misportrayed, misdescribed".
