North-South Korea talks set for Tuesday
After two years of silence, North Korea and South Korea are set to re-open lines of communication. Tuesday's talks will initially focus on the North's participation in the Winter Olympics in the South next month. But Seoul says discussions are expected to move on to 'other areas of common interest'.
