Snowkiters and windsurfers compete on frozen waters
A Snowkiting and Winter Windsurfing Championship, called "Christmas starts," got underway on the frozen Obskoye Sea (Novosibirsk Reservoir) near Novosibirsk on Sunday. Dozens of young athletes are set to compete in 10 races. The competition will last until January 9.
