Inter-Korean diplomacy: Moon willing to meet Kim Jong-un
South Korea's president says he is open to meeting North Korean leader Kim Jong-un if certain conditions are met. President Moon says even though South Korea prefers a policy of engagement, it also supports the US approach of maximum pressure. But he acknowledges that with more sanctions come more risks of escalating tensions that could lead to a possible armed conflict. Moon Jae-in's comments follow Tuesday's official talks between the two sides - the first in more than two years.
